Servo Press - PSR Series

The Servo Presses PSR are perfect applications that require a high precise positioning at constant force. The servo press is 100% electric controlled by gear – servo. With this green technology deletes all physical imprecisions that hydraulic can provoke. The program developed allows the user to operate the machine in manual and automatic modes, fine tune positions and movement speeds and define approach zone, time and part pressing pressure, ensuring that the relief of the part is perfect.

Column Type - PHC Series

The Stefa PHC Hydraulic Press is an effective solution for stamping operations, offering geometric precision in terms of uniform force application.The force is applied via a movable table guided by the columns. The columns feature a ground chrome-hard finish and work in conjunction with the self-lubricating bushings mounted on the table to ensure excellent precision and durability.

C Type - PCC Series

With its C type shape structure, allows free access to the sides, being a flexible machine where easily you can work with long parts or easily change tooling. It’s welded steel structure with dimensions calculated to minimize any deformation during the pressing process as much as possible. The press features a system for adjusting the final pressing position with a high-precision fine manual adjustment, ideally for punching operations.

Special Custom Presses

Stefa is able to develop a custom project for your stamping process. The press can have position and pressure monitoring, safety hydraulic valves, scrap output, servo-feeder of material, decoiler and transfer table with robot operations.
